The Israeli guitarist Charlie Megira recorded seven albums worth of material in 15 years during his all-too-brief 44 trips around the sun. The album TOMORROW’S GONE collects 24 of these tracks for a double album journey across his career.

In this project, I designed a music player for the album “Tomorrow’s Gone” by the talented musician Charlie Megira. Charlie was born in Israel by the name of Gabby Abudrahim and lived his early years in Beit She'an. Around the age of 20, he moved to Tel Aviv, where he decided to become a rock and roll singer in the form of his alter ego Charlie Megira. After Tel Aviv, Charlie moved to the USA to try his luck, a less successful try, then to settle in Berlin, Germany, where a couple of years later he’ll find his death, only by the age of 40.

Armed with only an Eko guitar, a black tuxedo, and his signature wrap-around shades, Charlie Megira was a mold-breaking artist who disintegrated while we were all staring at our phones.
